ONE TO ONE STRATEGY SESSION

An Individualised 30 Day Action Plan - $250 + GST

After providing me with access to gain insights to analytics that are personal to your brand, we will meet over a 1.5 hour session, where I will walk you through a detailed overview of your marketing and sales funnel. This will break down your customer’s journey from awareness, engagement, conversion to retention/advocacy.

We will discuss the strength of your funnel and specifically, what you need to do to strengthen each stage of your funnel to enable you to scale and grow your brand sustainably at the quickest rate possible.

At the end of the session, you will have a 30 day action plan, detailing your next steps and how to measure and track your progress.

In order to create a personalised action plan that is going to move you forward, I need to have temporary access to some of your key analytics. This will enable me to determine the strength of your marketing and sales funnel, ensuring that your next steps result in progress. 

This usually comprises of access to the following:

  • •  Your website analytics (e.g. Shopify)
  • •  Your Google Analytics (if set up)
  • •  Meta Business Suite (Insights)
  • •  Your Email Marketing Service Provider (e.g. Klaviyo, mailchimp etc.)

We can discuss this on a call when we discuss next steps and I can show you how to give me temporary admin access to each of these platforms.

Usually only a couple of days for me to collate these so that I can explain them in our strategy session. As soon as I have collated these, you can remove access.
My recommendations are based on the insights obtained through the analysis and our strategy session. In most cases I can save you money by ensuring that your marketing spend (if applicable) is in the right areas. Sometimes it may be beneficial to spend your marketing budget on the likes of Facebook ads, however I can recommend very low-cost approaches to this with tangible results. It is not my default recommendation to spend more money, to get more results (sales).

After I have completed an analysis of your brand, met with you to discuss the results and next steps during our 1.5 hour strategy session, you will be clear on the exact actions you need to take to reach consistent $10k months and beyond. You can then work independently to reach that goal, or you may decide to have more accountability and book another strategy session with me to keep you on track. This is entirely a personal preference.

I do have many repeat coaching clients due to the value and accountability that they receive with these sessions.

I approach these strategy sessions a little differently to most Coaches. I get ‘under the hood’ of your business rather than taking a blanket approach to guiding you. You’ll have confidence that what you will work on following our session, is specifically designed to move your individual business forward – so it’s personalised to you and anything but a cookie-cutter approach.
